SUCCEDAL CARPROFEN CHEWABLE

SuccedAL Carprofen Chewable Tablets are a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for dogs, used to control pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and post-surgical recovery.

GENERIC
This product is an NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug) with analgesic and antipyretic properties. It works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, which reduces inflammation, pain, and fever.

Not for use in cats.

USES/ INDICATIONS
Relief of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis in dogs.
Control of postoperative pain following soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries in dogs.

24 months from manufacturing date.

DOSAGE
2 mg per pound (4.4 mg/kg) of body weight once daily.
Or as directed by the Registered Veterinary Practitioner. The dosage may be administered as a single daily dose or divided into two equal daily doses.

PRECAUTIONS
For oral use in dogs only.
Not for use in cats.
Do not use in dogs with known hypersensitivity to carprofen.
Avoid use in dogs with bleeding disorders, gastrointestinal ulcers, or with known renal, hepatic, or cardiac dysfunction.
Safety in pregnant, lactating, or breeding dogs has not been established.
Keep out of reach of children.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
The most common side effects observed in clinical studies were vomiting, diarrhea, and decreased appetite. Serious side effects can include gastrointestinal ulceration, liver toxicity, and kidney toxicity. If side effects occur, discontinue use and contact a veterinarian immediately.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store at room temperature (15° - 30°C). Protect from light and moisture. Keep in a tightly closed container.

HOW TO USE
Administer orally, either directly or concealed in food. Ensure the prescribed dose is given as directed by the veterinarian.
